Overview:
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Administrator to join our team. This role focuses on leveraging the ServiceNow platform to optimize business operations by managing configurations, supporting users, and ensuring seamless integration with other systems. This role requires an individual who is self-motivated, pragmatic, and driven, with the ability to manage the full range of ServiceNow modules, integrations, and custom applications while exploring new opportunities for platform enhancement. You will lead an implementation team in the buildout of our new ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and develop the ServiceNow platform strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Continuously improve and optimize core ServiceNow modules, including ITSM and FSM.
- Provide guidance and support to application developers, helping to resolve challenges and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather and clarify business requirements, providing regular updates on progress and challenges.
- Lead both minor and major platform enhancements, ensuring seamless implementation and minimal disruption to operations.
- Evaluate and implement new ServiceNow modules to enhance functionality and meet evolving business needs.
- Design and build advanced catalog requests and related workflows.
- Enhance and maintain custom scoped applications, ensuring they align with business requirements.
- Provide day-to-day support for the ServiceNow platform, addressing troubleshooting, performance tuning, and other operational needs.
- Oversee and test development work based on Statements of Work (SOW), ensuring quality and adherence to specifications.
Qualifications:
We are looking for highly motivated, intelligent individuals with a proven track record of excellence in previous roles. Ideal candidates will have:
- 10+ years of experience in technology.
- At least 6 years of experience with ServiceNow, including 2+ years as an administrator.
- Proven ability to independently identify issues, propose solutions, plan, and execute projects with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience building and presenting solutions to senior management.
- ServiceNow certifications or equivalent industry experience:
-- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required.
-- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Preferred.
-- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – Preferred.
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with team members to achieve common objectives.
- US Citizenship required by our customer base; no dual citizenship permitted.

Pay: $75,000 - $90,000 salary.
